The Assassin Chronicles

I swore I would never write fanfic. Why write stories with other people's characters, set in other people's universes, when you can create your own characters and your own universe?

Because some freakin' muse wakes you up in the morning, bouncing around your head with a story, and won't leave you alone until you write it down, that's why! [Ultimately, I blame Snow Tigra for sending this muse my way. I shall have to think of a suitable new doom to visit her. Something even more horrific than an army of slugs! <insert evil laughter here>]

Thus, we have The Assassin Chronicles. This fanfic is set in the Outlaw Star universe, and chronicles the adventures of Twilight Suzuka, years after the events of the series. The first (and so far only) story is also a crossover story, since it includes a character from the Shadowrun novels (some changes have been made, of course, to incorporate this character into the Outlaw Star universe).

It is the year 167 on the Toward Stars calendar, and Suzuka is about to face the toughest challenge of her life...
